THE MENU

Since we are catering the event personally, we did a test run of the menu for the evening with friends and family. Everyone was delighted, with almost everyone saying "What do you mean there's more?". The only thing that won't be made from scratch is the pita, since I'm just not that talented.

1st course:

Hummus, Tabbouleh, Falafel, Fattoush Salad, Pitas, finger-food veggies (ie. carrots, cucumbers, etc.)

2nd course:

Loobyah, Chicken, Beef-kabobs, rice

Dessert:

We are so grateful to Amber for offering to donate an amazing confectionary marvel of cake and icing which is sure to delight both the eyes and the palette! To see a picture of her cake for the 2009 event, check out the pictures page.

Please forgive me if I have spelled the names of the dishes incorrectly. I'm still learning.
